This Agreement is entered into between Magnet Link LLC (“Referring Party”) and the Receiving Agent / Brokerage (“Receiving Party”).

Parties

Referring Party: Magnet Link LLC

Referral Relationship

Magnet Link LLC may introduce clients (“Referrals”) to the Receiving Agent. By accepting a referral, the Receiving Agent acknowledges Magnet Link LLC as the source of that client.

Referral Fee

The Receiving Agent agrees to pay Magnet Link LLC a referral fee equal to % of the gross commission earned on any transaction resulting from a Magnet Link referral. The fee is due at or immediately following closing.

Proof of Closing

The Receiving Agent agrees to provide reasonable proof of closing upon request.

No Circumvention

The Receiving Agent agrees not to conceal, delay, or misrepresent any transaction resulting from a Magnet Link referral.

Independent Contractors

Both parties operate as independent contractors.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the transaction closes.

Referral Qualification & Acceptance

Qualifying Referral Criteria: A Qualifying Referral under this Agreement must meet mutually agreed criteria established by the parties, including referral type, approved geographic service areas, ownership verification where applicable, and demonstrated present intent to transact.

Referral Review & Replacement

The Receiving Agent shall review each referral upon receipt and notify the Referring Party within twenty-four (24) hours if the referral is believed to be Non-Qualifying.

Reimbursement Policy

Any upfront cost paid shall be fully reimbursed upon the first successful closing. The Receiving Agent retains 100% of that equivalent amount from the commission.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation anytime. Full refund if within first billing cycle. After one month, refund minus one monthly fee.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the complete agreement between the parties.
